Role Description The Senior AI/ML Engineer will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI systems for production use. Responsibilities include researching and implementing state-of-the-art algorithms, building and optimizing data pipelines, performing model training and evaluation, and improving system performance and scalability. The role involves collaborating with product and engineering teams to translate problem statements into robust ML solutions, conducting experiments, and documenting methodologies and findings. The Senior AI/ML Engineer will also mentor team members, contribute to technical architecture decisions, and maintain best practices in code quality and model governance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Computer Science and Algorithms, with the ability to design efficient, scalable solutions.
  • Hands-on expertise in Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition for building and optimizing modern ML models.
  • Solid knowledge of Statistics for model evaluation, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience with relevant programming languages and ML frameworks (e.g., Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
  • Background in data engineering concepts, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and pipeline automation.
  • Proven experience deploying models into production environments and monitoring their performance over time.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Experience in startup or deep-tech environments, and prior work on end-to-end ML products, is a plus.
