Role Overview:

We are actively seeking a visionary Head of Machine Learning to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract, aggregate, clean, and analyze data from multiple disparate sources.
• Present complex data findings and actionable strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate closely with data engineering to refine data models and pipelines.
• Conduct deep-dive research to answer complex operational questions.
• Manage complex departmental budgets, strategic forecasting, and resource allocation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong statistical knowledge and experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• High-level proficiency with industry-standard project management software (Asana, Jira, Monday).
• Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
• Extensive experience with BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• 8-10+ years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
