Role Overview:

We are actively seeking a results-driven VP of Machine Learning to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract, aggregate, clean, and analyze data from multiple disparate sources.
• Lead, mentor, and structurally scale a high-performing, globally distributed team.
• Collaborate directly with executive leadership to drive core company milestones.
• Develop, automate, and maintain interactive business intelligence dashboards.
• Develop, communicate, and execute high-level overarching departmental strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
• Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
• Strong statistical knowledge and experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and data manipulation.
• Extensive experience with BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
