Global IT Transition Manager

Employment: Contract

Location: India (Remote)

Program Scale: 70,000 devices globally

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate global laptop refresh plans, schedules, milestones, and deployment targets.
• Manage stakeholders across country teams, local IT, suppliers, and operations.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and deployment readiness.
• Coordinate communications, pilot deployments, go-live, and hypercare.
• Monitor device ordering, delivery, returns, asset reconciliation, and disposal.
• Maintain project documentation, SOPs, governance reports, and dashboards.
• Track KPIs, refresh completion, compliance, and operational performance.

Required Skills:

• Global IT deployment / transition management.
• Stakeholder and supplier coordination.
• Project planning, risk management, and reporting.
• IT asset lifecycle management and compliance.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, communication, and documentation skills.
