Assistant Manager/ Sr Engineer - New Business Development

Satelite Forging Private Limited (SFPL), Manesar, Haryana, is looking for motivated professionals to join our New Business Development & Marketing team.

We are seeking candidates with experience in automotive business development, customer management, RFQ handling, costing, and new product development, preferably from the automotive forging industry.

🔹 OPEN POSITIONS

1. Assistant Manager – New Business Development / Marketing

Experience: 5–8 years

2. Senior Engineer – New Business Development / Marketing

Experience: 3–5 years

📍 Location: Manesar, Haryana

🏭 Industry: Automotive Forging & Auto Components

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• ️ Develop new business with Automotive OEMs and Tier-1 customers.
• ️ Identify and pursue new RFQs and business opportunities.
• ️ Understand engineering drawings, technical specifications, and customer requirements.
• ️ Prepare product costing, techno-commercial quotations, and commercial proposals.
• ️ Coordinate with Plant Engineering, Tool Room, Production, and Quality teams for new product development.
• ️ Manage the complete customer journey from RFQ and development through PPAP and product establishment.
• ️ Monitor initial supplies and ensure a smooth transition to regular production.
• ️ Follow up on payments, commercial reconciliation, and customer-related commercial issues.
• ️ Build long-term customer relationships and develop sustainable business opportunities.

🔹 PREFERRED INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

Candidates with experience in the following areas will be preferred:

✅ Alloy Steel & Aluminium Components

✅ Hot, Warm & Cold Forging

✅ Forged & Machined Components

✅ Automotive OEM & Tier-1 Customer Management

Professionals from other automotive component sectors with relevant OEM and Tier-1 business development experience are also welcome to apply.

🎓 QUALIFICATION

B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Automotive, or Production Engineering preferred.
