Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead -.NET Full Stack with 7-10 years of experience to lead application development initiatives and guide engineering teams in delivering high-quality enterprise solutions. This role requires strong expertise in C#, .NET, OOPS, Design Patterns, Angular, React, SQL, and solid experience in modern software development practices. Experience with MongoDB and AWS cloud services is a strong plus.

As a Technical Lead, you will provide technical guidance, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, mentor developers, and ensure successful delivery of scalable, maintainable, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and delivering .NET full-stack solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Drive engineering best practices, coding standards, and technical excellence.
• Participate in technical decision-making and solution design discussions.
• Ensure timely delivery of quality software aligned with business objectives.

Solution Design & Development

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and development plans.
• Apply SOLID principles, design patterns, and industry best practices.
• Contribute hands-on to development activities across backend and frontend layers.
• Review application architecture and recommend improvements for performance and scalability.

Full-Stack Development

• Hands-on development using C#, ASP.NET Core, Windows Forms, Angular and React.
• Develop APIs, services, integrations, and reusable components.
• Ensure clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Managers, UX, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, design reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate effectively across teams to achieve project goals.

Code Reviews & Best Practices

• Conduct comprehensive code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Promote maintainability, testability, and performance optimization practices.
• Encourage continuous learning and adoption of modern development techniques.

Mentorship

• Mentor and coach software engineers and senior developers
• Support team growth through technical guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance engineering culture

DevOps & Deployment

• Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement and enhance CI/CD processes.
• Support deployment automation and release management activities.
• Monitor application stability and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices.
• Drive process improvements and technical innovation within the team.
• Evaluate new technologies and contribute to proof-of-concept initiatives.

Required Technical Skills

Back-End Development (.NET)

• Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, and Windows Forms.
• Solid understanding of OOPS, SOLID principles, asynchronous programming, and multithreading.
• Experience building enterprise-grade applications and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with dependency injection, unit testing, and application design patterns.

Design & Architecture

• Strong understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns.
• Experience with layered architecture, Clean Architecture, and microservices concepts.
• Ability to create technical design documentation and review application designs.
• Understanding of scalability, reliability, and security considerations.

Database Management

• SQL Server Expertise:
• Strong SQL programming skills
• Database design, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Query optimization and troubleshooting
• MongoDB (Good to Have):
• Familiarity with NoSQL concepts and MongoDB development.
• Understanding of document modeling and indexing strategies.

Front-End Development (Angular & React)

• Strong experience with Angular 10+, React, TypeScript, RxJS, and component-driven UI architecture.
• Proficient in responsive UI building with HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and Angular Material.

Cloud & Deployment

• AWS Cloud (Good to Have):
• Familiarity with AWS services.
• Understanding of cloud-native application principles and scalable cloud-based architecture

AI-Assisted Development (Good to Have)

• Experience using GitHub Copilot or Claude to improve development productivity and code quality.
• Ability to guide teams in adopting AI-assisted development tools effectively.

Testing

• Unit testing with xUnit/NUnit/MSTest.
• Understanding of test automation and quality engineering practices.

Version Control & CI/CD

• Expertise with Git workflows.
• Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps/Jenkins/GitHub Actions.

Performance & Security

• Experience optimizing application performance and troubleshooting bottlenecks.
• Knowledge of OWASP security principles and secure coding practices.
• Understanding of caching, logging, monitoring, and observability concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of proven experience in .NET full-stack development.
• Demonstrated experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise applications.
• Strong software design, development, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in cloud-ready, secure, and scalable application development.
• Passion for coding, mentoring team members, and driving technical excellence.
