Certification: PMP, SAFe, Scrum certifications

Detailed Job Description

GenAI, Agentic AI, AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems.

RAG, Prompt Engineering, LLMOps.

Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.

Agile Program Management, Stakeholder Management, Delivery Governance.

Strong understanding of Responsible AI, Security, and Compliance.

Lead multidisciplinary Agentic AI Pods comprising AI Architects, AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Full Stack Developers, and Product Owners.

Own delivery of AI Agent solutions leveraging LLMs, Agent Frameworks, RAG, and workflow orchestration.

Drive use case discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, and value realization.

Manage budgets, risks, dependencies, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

Establish Agile delivery practices, LLMOps governance, security, and Responsible AI controls.

Track business KPIs, adoption metrics, productivity gains, and ROI.

Collaborate with clients and business leaders to scale AI agents across enterprise processes.
