HubSpot Developer

Hello Folks,

We are looking for an experienced HubSpot Developer to develop, customize, and maintain HubSpot-based websites, landing pages, CRM workflows, and marketing automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HubSpot CMS, HubL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and CRM integrations.

The candidate will work closely with the design, marketing, and development teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that improve customer engagement and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize websites, landing pages, templates, and modules using HubSpot CMS.
• Create and maintain custom themes, reusable components, and responsive web pages.
• Work with HubL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and HubSpot Design Manager.
• Configure HubSpot CRM, including contacts, companies, deals, properties, and pipelines.
• Set up and manage workflows, email automation, forms, lists, and lead management processes.
• Integrate HubSpot with third-party applications using REST APIs, webhooks, and available integration tools.
• Customize CRM functionality to meet business requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with designers, marketing teams, project managers, and other developers.
• Follow coding standards, test implementations, and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 3–4 years of experience in HubSpot development and customization.
• Strong experience with HubSpot CMS and HubSpot CRM.
• Proficiency in HubL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web development.
• Experience creating custom HubSpot themes, templates, modules, and landing pages.
• Knowledge of HubSpot workflows, marketing automation, forms, and CRM configuration.
• Experience with HubSpot APIs, REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Understanding of CRM objects, custom properties, pipelines, and data management.
• Familiarity with Git, version control, debugging, and browser developer tools.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with HubSpot certifications, including CMS for Developers or related HubSpot certifications.
• Knowledge of React.js or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM integrations.
• Understanding of SEO, website performance optimization, and digital marketing workflows.
• Experience with HubSpot Operations Hub, custom-coded workflow actions, or serverless functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and deliver projects within agreed timelines.
• A proactive attitude toward learning new HubSpot features and technologies.
