Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Architect with strong expertise in Agentic AI, AWS cloud services, and Python development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable multi-agent AI architectures and intelligent agentic workflows for real-world business applications.

This is a hands-on architecture and development role requiring the ability to design solutions while actively contributing to production-quality code and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop multi-agent architectures involving planning, tool usage, memory management, and orchestration.
  • Architect and deploy agentic AI workflows using AWS services such as Amazon Bedrock, Lambda, Step Functions, SageMaker, ECS, and EKS.
  • Develop production-ready applications and agentic solutions using Python.
  • Define agent-to-agent communication protocols, tool/function-calling patterns, and orchestration strategies.
  • Implement agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Amazon Bedrock Agents, or custom frameworks.
  • Build and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with vector databases such as OpenSearch and Pinecone.
  • Establish AI guardrails, evaluation frameworks, monitoring, and observability for production-grade agentic systems.
  • Optimize agentic workflows for performance, latency, cost, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with Python engineering teams, provide technical guidance, and co-develop core AI components.
  • Rapidly prototype, evaluate, and transition AI solutions from Proof of Concept (POC) to enterprise-scale production deployment.
  • Stay updated with emerging Agentic AI technologies, frameworks, and architectural best practices.Required Technical Skills
  • Agentic AI: Multi-agent systems, agent orchestration, planning, memory, tool/function calling, and agent-to-agent communication.
  • AWS: Amazon Bedrock, Lambda, Step Functions, SageMaker, ECS, and EKS.
  • Python: Strong hands-on experience in production-grade Python development.
  • AI Frameworks: LangGraph, CrewAI, Bedrock Agents, or custom agent orchestration frameworks.
  • RAG & Vector Databases: RAG pipelines, Amazon OpenSearch, Pinecone, or similar vector stores.
  • AI Governance: Guardrails, evaluation, monitoring, observability, and reliability optimization.Mandatory Keywords

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of overall IT/software engineering experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Agentic AI architecture and development.
  • Proven experience designing and deploying multi-agent AI solutions on AWS.
  • Must be comfortable with hands-on coding alongside architecture responsibilities.
