Naukr AI is an Agentic AI Data Science Product company catering to clients in US market. We are seeking high potential candidates in full stack engineering or data science in our COE in building custom AI and data science solutions.

</> About The Apprentice Program:

Microgcc, Inc. hires qualified student candidates or fresh graduates who are seeking projects in their field of specialization in their 4th year of undergraduate college or immediately after graduation. This role is a unique opportunity for engineers to grow into the next step in their career journey.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week (no exceptions)

Program Details

Year 1

Apprentice I: up to 90 days where candidates are assessed for potential and competency.

Apprentice II: 4-12 months

Year 2:

FS 1 or DS 1: Permanent FTE role*

After completion of 1 year program or sooner, high performing candidates are eligible to get promoted to Full Stack Engineer I or Data Scientist I Level salaried positions with full benefits.

</> The Team:

You will be working closely in a hand-picked team of high achievers comprised of experts in AI, backend engineering, data science and data engineering. You will contribute to developing AI solutions to drive value internally and for our customers.

</> Assignment Tracks and Impact:

  • Full Stack Engineering Track
  • Product & AI Integration: 3+ years of experience building end-to-end web features and integrating LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Claude) and agentic workflows into production.
  • Backend & Data Pipeline: Strong expertise in FastAPI, Node.js, and TypeScript, along with orchestration and storage tools like Temporal, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and OpenSearch.
  • Frontend & UX: Deep proficiency in modern frontend frameworks including React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui to deliver polished user experiences.
  • Infrastructure & Ownership: Self-directed mindset with experience deploying on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) using Docker, Kubernetes, and automated CI/CD pipelines
  • Core Data Science Track
  • A core data science role involving use of statistical analysis, machine learning, and programming to extract insights from data, build predictive models, and help our clients make data-driven decisions. Candidates get exposure to It's a multidisciplinary field that leverages skills in mathematics, statistics, computer science, and domain expertise.
  • Statistical & Machine Learning Modeling: Expertise in developing and fine-tuning classical ML algorithms for time-series forecasting, clustering, classification, pricing optimization, and anomaly detection.
  • Agentic & Causal AI Integration: Hands-on experience building Supervised Agentic Modeling (S-A-M) frameworks and agentic workflows that orchestrate LLMs, causal AI, and statistical models via automated API execution.
  • Domain-Specific Analytics: Strong background applying data science to vertical use cases in Retail, CPG, Demand Planning, and Media (e.g., store clustering, media ROI, planogram analysis, and trend forecasting).
  • Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into production systems. Work closely with members of technology teams in the development, and implementation of Enterprise AI platform.

What We’re Looking For:

</> Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field in a Tier 1/2/3 university. Only accredited universities with regional or national entrance examinations considered. Final year of enrolment in college program (KYC of credentials required) or recent college graduate
  • Strong knowledge of python or .js languages and frameworks thru projects or other certifications
  • Understanding of databases and data structures
  • Extensive coursework or projects in related fields
