Product Development Specialist

Key Responsibility-:

• Develop and execute Product Marketing & Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for the Indian market.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
• Develop product positioning, messaging, presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral.
• Work closely with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Identify and coordinate participation in national exhibitions, trade fairs, agricultural fairs, and industry events.
• Manage exhibition planning, stall coordination, product displays, promotions, lead generation, and post-event follow-up.
• Track product and campaign performance and provide market insights.Candidate Profile-:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Experience in Product Marketing, Industrial Tools, Agricultural Equipment, Gardening, Horticulture, or related industries preferred.
• Exhibition/trade fair experience will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel within India for exhibitions and market visits.
