  • Role: Engagement Manager- Data Analytics & AI
  • Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Engagement Planning & End-to-End Delivery
  • Define engagement charters, delivery strategies, project plans, and milestones across multiple AI and data analytics workstreams.
  • Lead and oversee the successful execution of analytics, data science, and AI initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and achievement of defined business outcomes.
  • 2. Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Engage with CXO, VP-level, and senior business stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and success metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, positioning the organization as a trusted consulting and technology partner.
  • Manage client expectations, resolve escalations, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • 3. Strategic Translation & Solutioning
  • Translate complex and unstructured business requirements into well-defined problem statements, hypotheses, and analytical workplans.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, ML, and advanced analytics to address business challenges.
  • Develop AI and analytics roadmaps aligned with client business strategies and long-term objectives.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable and business-focused solutions.
  • 4. Account Growth & Business Development
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through AI and analytics-led solutions.
  • Drive proposal development, RFP/RFI responses, Statements of Work (SOWs), and executive-level presentations.
  • Articulate business value, solution benefits, and expected ROI to prospective and existing clients.
  • Contribute to account strategy, revenue growth, and overall business development initiatives.
  • Manage account-level P&L, financial performance, and profitability.
  • Required Experience & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of overall professional experience in strategy consulting, analytics consulting, or technology-enabled transformation roles.
  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience managing and delivering Data Analytics, Data Science, and AI-driven projects.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end AI/ML solution delivery for global enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts, including:
  • Classical AI and Machine Learning
  • Generative AI (GenAI)
  • Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Advanced Analytics and Data Science
  • Demonstrated experience in managing CXO, VP-level, and senior executive stakeholders.
  • Strong client engagement, consulting, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in account management, P&L ownership, and revenue growth.
  • Hands-on involvement in RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, solution presentations, and business development activities.
  • • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and measurable business outcomes.
