The OPPORTUNITY
Loyalty Juggernaut is seeking an entrepreneurial Services Product Manager to identify, validate, launch, and scale new consulting, managed-service, and technology-enabled offerings, owning the full lifecycle from idea to a practice.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Opportunity discovery and business case
- Build a pipeline of new-service ideas from customer needs, sales signals, market shifts, and platform capabilities.
- Run market, customer, and competitor research to define the target buyer, priority use cases, and differentiation.
- Build business cases, financial models, and pricing options that drive clear go / no-go investment decisions.
Offer design and productization
- Turn validated ideas into repeatable, sellable offers with defined scope, deliverables, methodology, and success metrics.
- Design the service blueprint, delivery model, and reusable IP (playbooks, templates, tools) that improve consistency and margin.
- Pilot with design-partner customers and align with Product and Engineering on supporting platform and tooling needs.
Go-to-market and sales enablement
- Partner with Marketing on positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
- Create sales assets (offer decks, case studies, ROI tools, battlecards) and enable Sales, Customer Success, and partners.
- Support early deals directly and convert pilots into references and repeatable demand.
Launch, scale, and practice leadership
- Own launch readiness and the post-launch roadmap across the offer, commercial model, delivery, and technology.
- Run the incubated practice as its general manager, accountable for pipeline, revenue, margin, and client outcomes.
- Define graduation criteria, recommend whether to scale or integrate and hand over to a permanent leader.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years in services product management, consulting offer development, strategy, professional services, or a related role.
- Proven record of taking a B2B service, solution, or practice from concept to launch and measurable commercial growth.
- Strong customer discovery skills and commercial fluency across business cases, pricing, unit economics, and forecasting.
- Experience designing productized consulting, implementation, or managed-service offers.
- Track record of working with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering to launch and sell enterprise offerings.
- Executive-grade written, visual, and verbal communication.
- Bachelor’s degree/equivalent experience; background in loyalty, enterprise SaaS, travel, retail, or financial services preferred.
LEADERSHIP PROFILE
- Builder’s mindset: Creates clarity, structure, and momentum where no established playbook exists.
- Commercial judgment Connects customer value to willingness to pay, delivery economics, and scalable growth.
- Evidence over enthusiasm Tests assumptions quickly and is willing to stop or reshape ideas that do not earn further investment.
- Ownership Treats the practice as a business, not a project, and remains accountable after launch.
Nice to have:
- Experience in loyalty, customer engagement, enterprise SaaS, travel, hospitality, retail, financial services, or adjacent industries.
- A track record in corporate innovation, venture building, or standing up a new practice from zero to a repeatable, sustainable business.
- Exposure to outcome and usage-based commercial models, partner or coalition economics, and managed-service delivery at scale.
