We are looking for an experienced and strategic Workflow Manager (DGM) to lead data analytics, workflow optimization, and business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SQL, data extraction, reporting, visualization, and business process transformation.

The role requires a data-driven leader capable of managing complex datasets, translating analytical insights into actionable business recommendations, and mentoring teams. The candidate will also drive workflow automation and explore the integration of AI/LLM-based solutions into business processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Extraction & Management

Write, execute, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL scripts.
Extract, clean, transform, and validate data from databases, APIs, and flat files.
Identify and resolve data quality issues while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Work with large datasets, data warehouses, and complex data structures.2. Reporting & Business Intelligence
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar tools.
Automate reporting processes to improve operational efficiency.
Translate complex data into meaningful insights and actionable business recommendations.
Define and monitor KPIs in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Present analytical findings to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.3. Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with business leaders across Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance.
Understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
Drive data-backed decision-making and support strategic business initiatives.
Manage client interactions and communicate complex data concepts effectively.4. Team Leadership & Mentorship
Lead, guide, and mentor Data Analysts and Team Leads.
Establish best practices for data analysis, reporting, and workflow management.
Oversee the design and implementation of analytical solutions.
Drive continuous improvement in team productivity, processes, and methodologies.5. Workflow Transformation & Automation
Lead workflow optimization and process transformation initiatives.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive and manual business processes.
Design and manage workflows integrating LLMs, vision models, and AI APIs.
Explore AI-driven solutions for document processing, customer triage, summarization, and operational automation.
Drive process efficiency through technology adoption and continuous improvement.Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
13+ years of progressive experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related functions.
Strong expertise in SQL, including complex queries, stored procedures, and data manipulation.
Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar visualization tools.
Strong understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and large-scale datasets.
Proven experience in team leadership and mentoring.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong stakeholder management, client interaction, and presentation skills.
Ability to translate technical findings into business insights and recommendations.Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Google and Plx environments.
Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and big data technologies.
Knowledge of data governance, data security, and compliance practices.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or Agile/Scrum certifications.
Familiarity with change management frameworks.
Experience managing enterprise-level workflow transformation and automation projects.
Exposure to AI/LLM integrations, including OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar AI platforms.Ideal Candidate Profile
