We are looking for an exceptional Founding CTO & Head of Product to turn this vision into a world-class software product.

This is a founding leadership opportunity to shape product strategy, technology architecture, engineering culture, and the company's long-term direction from day one.

The Role

You will own the end-to-end product and technology journey, from customer discovery and product strategy to architecture, engineering, enterprise deployment, and commercialization.

Working directly with the founding leadership team, you will make critical product and technology decisions, build the initial engineering organization, and establish the foundations of a globally competitive enterprise AI business.

We are looking for someone who combines product vision, deep technical expertise, hands-on engineering capability, and strong business judgment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Vision & Strategy

Translate the enterprise AI vision into a focused, commercially viable product strategy.

Identify high-value enterprise problems and validate product-market opportunities.

Own product discovery, requirements, prioritization, user experience, and roadmap.

Define the MVP and long-term product direction.

Balance innovation, customer value, technical feasibility, and commercial viability.

2. Enterprise AI Architecture

Design a secure, scalable, multi-tenant, cloud-native enterprise AI platform.

Build capabilities for enterprise data integration, contextual intelligence, and governed AI workflows.

Work with LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, tool orchestration, and enterprise knowledge systems.

Evaluate foundation models, AI frameworks, infrastructure, and open-source technologies.

Ensure reliability, performance, observability, extensibility, and cost efficiency.

3. Engineering & Technology Leadership

Lead product development from concept to production.

Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team.

Establish engineering standards for software quality, automated testing, CI/CD, security, and production operations.

Drive rapid prototyping, iterative development, and reliable releases.

Remain hands-on with critical technical decisions and engineering challenges.

4. Security, Trust & Governance

Build security, privacy, and governance into the platform architecture.

Implement authentication, authorization, tenant isolation, auditability, and data protection.

Establish AI evaluation, monitoring, risk management, traceability, and human oversight.

Design solutions that meet the expectations of security-conscious enterprise customers.

5. Customer Validation & Commercialization

Engage with enterprise customers, design partners, and senior technical stakeholders.

Translate business challenges into differentiated product capabilities.

Lead technical discovery, demonstrations, pilot deployments, and feedback cycles.

Define measurable success criteria covering adoption, accuracy, reliability, and customer value.

Build a reusable, scalable software product rather than a collection of customer-specific projects.

Who We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications

Approximately 12–18 years of relevant technology and software product experience, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.

Proven experience building enterprise software, B2B SaaS, or AI-driven products from concept to production.

Strong software engineering, system architecture, and technical decision-making capabilities.

Practical experience with LLM applications, RAG, AI agents, model orchestration, and enterprise data systems.

Experience with cloud-native platforms, APIs, databases, distributed systems, and enterprise integrations.

Ability to recruit, mentor, and lead engineering teams.

Strong product judgment and the ability to translate complex business problems into practical technical solutions.

Excellent communication skills and experience engaging enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.

Entrepreneurial mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and willingness to remain hands-on.

Highly Desirable

Previous experience as a Technical Co-founder, Founding CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Engineering, or Principal Architect.

Experience launching and scaling enterprise AI or SaaS products for international customers.

Exposure to enterprise automation, intelligent workflows, AI-native applications, observability, cybersecurity, or data intelligence.

Understanding of AI evaluation frameworks, governed agent execution, product commercialization, and scalable business models.

Experience working in early-stage startups and contributing directly to product development.

Your First 90 Days

First 30 Days — Define & Validate

Evaluate the product vision, market opportunity, and initial enterprise use cases.

Define the MVP, product requirements, architecture, and engineering roadmap.

Assess technical feasibility, data requirements, security, and delivery risks.

Days 31–60 — Architect & Build

Develop a working prototype and initial MVP capabilities.

Establish core architecture, engineering practices, and AI evaluation frameworks.

Build foundational enterprise AI capabilities and integrations.

Identify and onboard critical engineering resources.

Days 61–90 — Validate & Demonstrate

Deliver a usable MVP for a clearly defined enterprise workflow.

Demonstrate reliable functionality, traceable outputs, and appropriate security controls.

Conduct customer evaluations or design-partner pilots.

Present a product roadmap and commercialization priorities for the next 12 months.

These are target outcomes subject to customer access, technical validation, and agreed resources.
