Senior Oracle Fusion Payroll Techno Functional Consultant | Pan India Remote | Contract role
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Fusion Payroll Techno-Functional Lead to support complex enterprise payroll systems for our client.
The ideal candidate will have approximately 15 years of relevant Oracle experience, deep hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll, and experience leading more than three complete end-to-end implementation lifecycles. This individual must have a strong understanding of complex payroll operations, enterprise system integrations, and Oracle Fusion Financials.
The successful candidate will serve as the primary technical-functional lead, take ownership of complex payroll challenges, guide team members, and work directly with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders. This is a senior-level consulting role requiring independent problem-solving, sound technical judgment, and the ability to manage critical payroll operations with minimal supervision.
The client is specifically seeking a seasoned professional who has personally led or owned significant implementation and production support responsibilities—not someone whose experience is limited to assisting a project team.
Experience:
- 10 years of relevant experience
- Candidates must have led at least 3 Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations.
- Prioritize candidates with deep, hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll.
