Work with developers to convert approved requirements into practical application designs, workflows, screen behavior, reports, interfaces, and notifications.
Review functional designs, data mappings, prototypes, and completed features to confirm that the solution meets the approved requirement.
Use SQL and available reporting tools to analyze source data, validate application logic, investigate defects, and support reconciliation with Oracle.
Support configuration, low-code automation, reporting, and minor application changes when appropriate and within approved technical and security standards.
Coordinate dependencies involving Oracle EBS, Oracle ASCP, SQL Server, APIs, data pipelines, authentication, and other enterprise services.

Triage production incidents, reproduce issues, assess business impact, coordinate root-cause analysis, and work with developers and IT teams through resolution.
Maintain application documentation, configuration records, known-issue logs, access requirements, support procedures, and enhancement history.
Plan and validate application maintenance, patches, dependency updates, performance improvements, security remediation, and technical-debt reduction.

Provide clear and timely updates to management and escalate decisions or risks that could affect delivery or business continuity.
Support continuous improvement and reuse of common processes, controls, data definitions, and application components across PRM sites.
Who You Are:
You take ownership from requirement through stable operation. You can move comfortably between business process discussions, data analysis, testing, and technical problem solving. You organize complex work, communicate clearly with different audiences, challenge unclear requirements, and follow issues through to closure. You learn new applications quickly and work effectively with limited direction while keeping stakeholders informed.
For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field.
At least five years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise applications in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS supply chain processes and a good understanding of the order-to-build lifecycle.
Practical SQL skills, including joins, filters, aggregations, data validation, reconciliation, and defect investigation.
Experience across the software development lifecycle, including requirements, functional design, testing, implementation, release support, and production maintenance.
Ability to prepare structured requirements, process maps, test cases, defect records, user documentation, training materials, and project status reports.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work across business and technical teams in different sites and time zones.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Experience with Oracle ASCP, purchasing, order management, inventory, work in process, bills of material, or supplier collaboration processes.
Experience supporting custom or edge applications that integrate with Oracle or other enterprise platforms.
Familiarity with SQL Server, REST APIs, data integration, ETL, application logs, and role-based access control.
Working knowledge of C# and .NET, Blazor or Razor Pages, React or TypeScript, Python, Power Platform, or similar technologies.
Experience with Agile delivery, backlog management, source control, release management, and AI-assisted development tools.
Experience with value-stream mapping, process improvement, application support metrics, and root-cause analysis.
