We are looking for a talented and experienced Full Stack Software Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js, PostgreSQL, Flutter, and cloud-native application development, along with experience working with Hyperledger Fabric blockchain technology.

Role OverviewAs a Full Stack Software Engineer at Vinturas, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications supporting supply chain collaboration and secure data exchange.

You will work across backend services, frontend applications, databases, blockchain integrations, and cloud infrastructure using Node.js, Flutter, PostgreSQL, Hyperledger Fabric, AWS, and IBM Cloud.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong software design fundamentals, experience building distributed applications, and the ability to take ownership of features from architecture through production deployment.

Key Responsibilities1. Backend Development – Node.js

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Build modular, secure, and maintainable microservices supporting enterprise business workflows.
• Implement authentication, authorization, API security, and integration with external systems.
• Develop event-driven applications, asynchronous processing, and messaging integrations.
• Optimize backend performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.2. Frontend & Mobile Development – Flutter
• Develop responsive web and mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Build reusable UI components and intuitive user interfaces for enterprise applications.
• Integrate Flutter applications with backend APIs and authentication services.
• Implement state management, form validation, navigation, and error handling.
• Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional applications.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and user experience across devices.3. Blockchain Development – Hyperledger Fabric
• Develop and integrate applications with Hyperledger Fabric blockchain networks.
• Build and maintain smart contracts (chaincode) and blockchain integration services.
• Work with Hyperledger Fabric SDKs, Gateway APIs, peers, ordering services, and Certificate Authorities.
• Implement secure blockchain transactions, identity management, and access control.
• Design solutions for trusted data exchange, traceability, and multi-party collaboration.
• Troubleshoot blockchain integration, transaction processing, and application connectivity issues.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on blockchain deployment and operational requirements.4. Database Development – PostgreSQL
• Design and maintain relational database schemas using PostgreSQL.
• Develop optimized SQL queries, stored procedures where appropriate, and database migrations.
• Implement data integrity, indexing, transaction management, and performance optimization.
• Work with ORM frameworks such as Prisma, Sequelize, or TypeORM.
• Ensure secure and reliable data access, backup, and recovery practices.
• Design data models supporting complex enterprise workflows and integrations.5. Cloud-Native Development – AWS & IBM Cloud
• Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS and IBM Cloud.
• Build containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Work with cloud services for application hosting, storage, networking, monitoring, and security.
• Support deployment and scaling of microservices and distributed applications.
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers on CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and production deployments.
• Implement application logging, monitoring, error handling, and observability.
• Follow cloud security, scalability, and reliability best practices.6. Software Architecture & Integration
• Participate in solution architecture and technical design discussions.
• Design API-first and event-driven application architectures.
• Build integrations with enterprise platforms, third-party APIs, and external business systems.
• Develop secure data exchange mechanisms across distributed applications.
• Apply software design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture practices.
• Contribute to technical documentation, API specifications, and architecture diagrams.7. Quality, Testing & Engineering Excellence
• Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement root cause fixes.
• Improve application performance, security, maintainability, and scalability.
• Work in Agile development teams and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, product, and solution architecture teams.Required Skills & QualificationsCore Technical Skills
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and backend integrations.
• Practical experience building applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Strong PostgreSQL knowledge, including database design, SQL optimization, and data modeling.
• Experience with Hyperledger Fabric, including application integration and smart contract development.
• Experience developing or deploying applications on AWS and/or IBM Cloud.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application development.
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, API security, and secure coding practices.
• Experience with Git, automated testing, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a distributed engineering team.Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
• Experience with Hyperledger Fabric network architecture, Fabric Gateway, identity management, and chaincode lifecycle.
• Familiarity with IBM Cloud Kubernetes Service (IKS) and Amazon EKS.
• Experience with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of Redis, caching strategies, and asynchronous job processing.
• Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, and real-time applications.
• Familiarity with Terraform, Helm, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Knowledge of application monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, or cloud-native monitoring tools.
• Experience with Figma and translating UX designs into Flutter applications.
• Understanding of enterprise integration standards such as EDI, JSON, XML, and webhooks.
• Exposure to supply chain, logistics, transportation management, or B2B SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, cryptography fundamentals, and data privacy principles.Collaboration & Ownership
