Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Designer role based in Kolkata. The Web Designer will create visually appealing, user-friendly website layouts, graphics, and interface elements aligned with brand guidelines and project requirements. Daily responsibilities include designing responsive web pages, collaborating with front-end developers to implement designs, and optimizing interfaces for usability and accessibility. The role involves preparing design assets, iterating based on stakeholder feedback, and ensuring consistency across browsers and devices. The Web Designer will also participate in team discussions, contribute ideas for design improvements, and stay current with design trends and web standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Web Design and Responsive Web Design to create layouts that work seamlessly across devices and screen sizes.
• Candidates should possess skills in Graphic Design and Graphics to produce high-quality visual assets, icons, and imagery for web interfaces.
• Candidates should possess skills in Front-End Development to translate designs into HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript, and work effectively with development teams.
• Candidates should have proficiency with industry-standard design tools (such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator) and an understanding of UX/UI best practices.
• Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative on-site environment.
• Candidates with prior experience in agency or product-based environments, a relevant diploma or degree in design or related fields, and a portfolio showcasing web design work will be preferred.
