What would you do?

  • Data & AI An end-to-end process that addresses all aspects of collecting cash from initial order receipt and credit authorization to collections and revenue assurance activities.
  • As part of IFO AI & Data, the resource is expected to understand customer challenges and come up with solutions that provide the Analytics and insights relevant to their ask and relevant to the industry context
  • Is a strong Subject Matter Expert in Order To Cash Process. Working experience in a managerial position in Data Analytics in the Order to Cash space What are we looking for?
  • Candidate is expected to be perceptive with great attention to detail; ability to manage complexities within short timelines
  • Ability to manage and hold meaningful conversations with Senior stakeholders within Accenture and client organizations
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Great conversational and story-telling skills
  • Self-motivated individual willing to also work in individual contributor roles
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous work environment
  • Ability to prioritize conflicting activities
  • Ability to work in Horizontal-Vertical Structure
  • Any working knowledge on Databricks, SQL, Python etc would be an added advantage Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Is a strong Subject Matter Expert in Order To Cash Process. Experience in processing and analyzing ETE Order to Cash process from customer onboarding, Managing Orders, Billing, Collections, Disputes, Helpdesk to payment postings.
  • Consolidate big-data, analyze, resolve data gaps, infer key insights, prepare recommendations, presentation to stakeholders and managing end-to-end project governance
  • Interact effectively with both external and internal stakeholders, as well as other parties involved in analytics engagement
  • Conceptualize and define OTC - F&A metrics relevant to the engagements & take complete ownership for driving them
  • Oversee the development of such metrics (targeted business outcomes achieved)- by providing guidance and feedback to the operations team
  • Anchor key discussions with the clients around F&A Processes, ERP gaps etc.
  • Conduct training to end user training on F&A Analytical Solutions
  • Ensures compliance with data security, governance model and solutions deployed
  • Build long-term relationship with stakeholders, handle and sort out major customer escalations in order to ensure strong customer relationships and enhance business
