Senior Systems Analyst

Role Description The Senior Systems Analyst is a part-time remote role responsible for analyzing and improving business and IT systems to support organizational objectives. This role involves gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders, evaluating current processes and systems, and recommending technical and functional enhancements. The Senior Systems Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into IT solutions, create system specifications, and support implementation activities. Daily tasks include troubleshooting system issues, coordinating with IT and business users, monitoring system performance, and ensuring that solutions align with industry best practices and company standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Systems Analysis skills with experience in evaluating, designing, and optimizing business and IT solutions.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Solid foundation in Information Technology, including familiarity with system architectures, databases, and application environments.
• Business Analysis capabilities to gather requirements, map processes, and align system changes with organizational goals.
• Troubleshooting skills to diagnose system problems, propose fixes, and collaborate on long-term preventive solutions.
• Proven experience in a senior or lead systems analyst role, preferably within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time schedules, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, ITIL) are an advantage.
