Experience: 5+ years in Software/Solution Engineering, with AI Deployment Experience

Location: Pune

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Forward Deployment Engineer to work with business and platform teams to deliver practical AI solutions. The role involves deploying Azure AI solutions, integrating enterprise systems, developing AI-powered applications, and driving user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Deployment: Prototype and configure solutions using Azure OpenAI and Microsoft Foundry.
• Development & Integration: Build Python services, integrate enterprise APIs, and support React.js UI development.
• GenAI Engineering: Optimize prompts, RAG pipelines, and AI agents.
• Troubleshooting: Debug applications, resolve integration issues, and improve solution reliability.
• User Adoption: Gather feedback, support users, and maintain deployment documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of customer-facing software/solution engineering experience, with AI deployment exposure.
• Strong Python and API development skills.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Foundry, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agents.
• Familiarity with React.js integration, debugging, deployment, and observability.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Key Deliverables:

• Configured AI deployments and integration fixes
• Issue resolution and user adoption support
• Deployment playbooks and knowledge-transfer documentation
