Associate Product Manager

The VIP Personalised team at Shaadi.com provides premium matchmaking services through dedicated Relationship Managers (RMs). We are building AI-powered systems 🤖 that augment RM workflows — helping them identify better matches faster 💡, detect member dissatisfaction early ⚠️, and improve overall service efficiency.

The Associate Product Manager (APM) will help design and launch AI-driven tools that improve RM productivity 📈 and customer experience ❤️ at scale.

📝Key Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities to apply AI across the VIP member journey
• Translate RM workflows into scalable AI-powered product features
• Define product requirements for AI-enabled capabilities
• Build tools that assist RMs with Member insights 📊 Matchmaking signals 💘 Engagement risk detection ⚠️ Conversation summaries 📝Next-best actions
• Define metrics to evaluate AI features
• Run experiments and iterate based on usage and outcomes
• Drive adoption of AI tools within RM workflows

📝Required Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Analytics, or Technical Product roles
• Strong analytical thinking 🧩 and structured problem-solving & experience working with data-driven products 📊
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, and operations teams
• Experience working on AI or ML-enabled products & Familiarity with LLM-based applications
• Experience in consumer platforms, marketplaces, or CX products
