Job Description

Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer with 4–7 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, along with a solid understanding of Generative AI and the evolving Large Language Model (LLM) ecosystem.

Key Requirements

  • Full-Stack Development: Strong hands-on experience in frontend and backend development, building scalable applications, designing REST APIs, and integrating with databases and external services.
  • Generative AI & LLMs: Good understanding of Generative AI concepts, LLM architectures, and the differences between various models, including their capabilities, limitations, performance, latency, and cost trade-offs.
  • AI-Powered Application Development: Experience integrating LLMs into applications using APIs, prompt engineering, and techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is highly desirable.
  • AI Coding Tools: Familiarity with AI-powered software development tools such as Claude, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools is an added advantage. Candidates should be interested in leveraging these tools to improve developer productivity, code quality, debugging, and testing.
  • Software Engineering Best Practices: Strong understanding of clean code, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Problem-Solving & Ownership: Ability to independently troubleshoot complex technical challenges, make sound engineering decisions, and take ownership of features from design through deployment.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience building AI-enabled applications, evaluating different LLMs for specific use cases, and using AI-assisted development workflows to accelerate software delivery while maintaining code quality and security.
