QI Spine
Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Let's talk spine - because most of India doesn't.

Founded when surgery was the only mainstream solution to back pain, QI Spine emerged with a simple idea: non-surgical recovery should be the first option, not the last resort. Since then, we've built India's only spine-focused medical system - combining the expertise of 250+ specialists with cutting-edge AI tools like Doctor QI, our proprietary diagnostic engine. With 22 clinics across major cities, we've:

  • Consulted over 2.5 lakh patients
  • Prevented 15,000+ unnecessary spine surgeries
  • Achieved a 93% recovery rate - among the best in the world

Our mission

To help people recover from back, neck and joint pain with accurate diagnosis and advanced technology- keeping surgery the last option.

About the role

You will own how patients engage with QI Spine's digital products during and after treatment, and help build new revenue streams. You are measured on engagement, retention and revenue, not on releases.

What you will do

  • Grow regular engagement among patients in treatment through communication, feedback and campaigns.
  • Increase use of key features that support recovery and referrals; track engagement metrics and act on them.
  • Build and launch digital commerce for products and services, working with operations on fulfilment.
  • Write clear product requirements with metric, baseline and expected impact; measure results after each launch.

Key result areas

  • Weekly engagement. Make regular weekly use the norm for patients in treatment, through communication, reminders, events and feedback loops.
  • Feature adoption. Substantially grow use of key features that support recovery (such as home exercises) and referrals.
  • Retention. Keep patients engaged through and after treatment, with clear cohorts and tracking of who drops off and why.
  • Digital commerce. Launch and scale commerce for prescribed products and services, working with operations on catalogue, checkout and fulfilment.
  • Revenue growth. Meaningfully grow product and service revenue from digital channels.
  • New channels. Scope new offerings and partner channels with the business and agree their targets.
  • Delivery and impact. Ship specs on time with clear metrics, and share a measured impact read-out after every launch.

What you bring

  • 2–4 years as a product manager on consumer-facing digital products with engagement and retention targets.
  • Hands-on with product analytics (active users, funnels, cohorts) and engagement tools.
  • Experience shipping e-commerce
  • Comfortable with data and dashboards; works closely with design and engineering.
