About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of an enterprise-grade AI platform. This role combines technical leadership, product development expertise, and hands-on AI engineering to build scalable solutions including AI agents, chatbots, knowledge assistants, workflow automation, and intelligent enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of AI Engineers in building and scaling enterprise AI products.
  • Own the end-to-end AI product architecture, development lifecycle, and technical roadmap.
  • Design and develop solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Chatbots, Vector Databases, and AI workflows.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
  • Drive architecture decisions around performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
  • Establish best practices for AI model deployment, monitoring, governance, and MLOps.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate them into the product roadmap.
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing AI engineering team.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of software/product engineering experience with at least 3+ years in AI/ML development.
  • Proven experience building and launching AI-powered products in a production environment.
  • Strong expertise in Python and modern AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, AI agents, and chatbot development.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerized deployments.
  • Strong understanding of system design, API architecture, and enterprise software development.Preferred
  • Experience building SaaS or enterprise technology products.
  • Exposure to Generative AI governance, AI security, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with ERP, CRM, HRMS, or other enterprise platforms.What Success Looks Like
