Job Description – #AI/ML Engineer (Python)

Experience: 5–6 Years

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Python programming, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models and AI-driven solutions.

The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, intelligent applications and implement innovative AI/ML solutions to solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Design, develop, and implement machine learning and AI-based solutions.

✔️ Build, train, test, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.

✔️ Develop scalable applications and backend services using Python.

✔️ Work with supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning algorithms.

✔️ Implement NLP, Generative AI, and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions.

✔️ Work with frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Pandas.

✔️ Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization.

✔️ Develop and integrate REST APIs for AI/ML model deployment.

✔️ Work with databases and large datasets to extract meaningful insights.

✔️ Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and product teams.

✔️ Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.

✔️ Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔️ 5–6 years of professional experience in AI/ML development.

✔️ Strong proficiency in Python programming.

✔️ Hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms and model development.

✔️ Good knowledge of Deep Learning concepts and neural networks.

✔️ Experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

✔️ Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical concepts.

✔️ Experience with NLP and Generative AI is preferred.

✔️ Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases is an added advantage.

✔️ Experience in developing and deploying REST APIs using Flask or FastAPI.

✔️ Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.

✔️ Understanding of Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is desirable.

✔️ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

✔️ Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.

✔️ Experience building AI-powered chatbots and intelligent automation solutions.

✔️ Knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.

✔️ Experience with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, or ChromaDB.
