About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape and grow our AI-powered products, from first idea

to launch and beyond. This role is ideal for someone who can turn real user and business problems into

clear product direction, and work closely with engineering and design to ship AI features that people

actually use.

The successful candidate will own the product roadmap, make sharp prioritisation calls, and be the link

between the founders, clients, sales and the engineering team, so that every release moves our

products forward.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

Define product vision, strategy and roadmap for one or more AI products, in line with company

goals.

Prioritise features based on user value, business impact, effort and technical feasibility.
Track market trends, competitors and new AI capabilities, and turn them into product

opportunities.

Discovery & Requirements

Run user and client discovery through interviews, workshops, data and feedback.
Write clear PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria, including AI behaviour, edge cases and

guardrails.

Work with design on user flows, wireframes and prototypes, and validate them with users early.
Help run AI Design Thinking workshops and turn their outputs into product backlogs.

Delivery & Launch

Work with engineering leads on sprint planning, scope and trade-offs to ship on time.
Define success metrics for each feature and set up the tracking to measure them.
Plan and run launches with sales and marketing, including release notes, demos and

enablement.

Own the evaluation of AI features with the team: quality, accuracy, latency and cost.

Growth & Stakeholder Management

Analyse product usage and customer feedback to drive adoption, retention and expansion.
Support sales with product demos, pitch input and client requirement calls.
Report product progress, metrics and roadmap changes to the founders on a regular cadence.

Must-Have Skills

Proven experience owning B2B SaaS or platform products from discovery to launch.
Hands-on understanding of AI and GenAI products (LLMs, RAG, agents, automation), including

their strengths and limits.

Strong skills in writing PRDs and user stories, and in prioritisation frameworks.
Comfort with product analytics and data (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, SQL or similar).
Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Figma and similar tools.
Excellent written and spoken English, with strong document and presentation skills.
Ability to make clear decisions with incomplete information in a fast-moving team.

Nice-to-Have

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field; MBA is a plus.
4+ years in product management, with at least 2 years owning a B2B SaaS or AI product.
Track record of products or features shipped with measurable impact.
