About Binariq

At Binariq, we navigate the dynamic digital landscape with a blend of innovation and practicality, driving smart, fast, and resilient digital transformation for our clients. Our comprehensive services include Technology Solutions, Consulting, and User/Customer Experience enhancement, all tailored to your unique needs. With a team of over 70+ skilled engineers, we deliver precise and rapid solutions in digital transformation, enterprise cloud, mobility, security, and application development.

The Role

As Senior Product Owner, you will own enterprise client products from discovery to adoption, shape AI-enabled solutions during pre-sales and build Binariq’s reusable AI accelerators. You will lead engineering, QA and UX pods to turn business problems into shipped, measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Own

Client product engagements, end to end

  • Run discovery with client stakeholders through interviews, workshops and journey mapping to define the problem, users and success metrics.
  • Write PRDs and user stories with clear acceptance criteria for engineering, QA and UX.
  • Own and prioritise the backlog using RICE, and keep the roadmap agreed with clients.
  • Run delivery in Scrum or Kanban: refinement, sprint planning, reviews and demos.
  • Make scope and trade-off calls, manage change requests and keep releases on track.
  • Lead UAT, release readiness and go-live with client teams.
  • Track adoption and KPIs after launch in Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4 or Power BI, and turn the findings into roadmap decisions.Pre-sales
  • Shape the solution for RFPs and proposals: scope, product approach and AI use cases.
  • Provide estimation inputs with engineering: features, phases and effort assumptions.
  • Write proposal content: scope, timelines, assumptions, exclusions and dependencies.
  • Build and run demos and clickable prototypes for client pitches.Reusable AI accelerators
  • Spot AI use cases that repeat across engagements and turn them into reusable accelerators.
  • Define each accelerator’s scope, roadmap and packaging for reuse in proposals and delivery.
  • Measure reuse and its impact on delivery speed and effort.

AI Expectations

You will be expected to make sound AI product calls, not to build models:

  • Right tool for the job: Decide when a use case needs an LLM, classic ML, computer vision, rules or plain automation.
  • LLM fundamentals: Know limits such as hallucinations, context windows, latency and cost.
  • RAG: Know how assistants answer from a client’s approved knowledge, and where that breaks.
  • Agentic workflows and MCP: Understand how AI agents call tools and client systems, and scope automation with clear human handover.
  • Evals and guardrails: Define acceptance criteria for AI features (accuracy, groundedness, escalation thresholds), test sets and fallback behaviour.
  • AI unit economics: Weigh model choices on quality, latency and cost per interaction.
  • Responsible AI: Build in PII handling, data residency, auditability and human oversight.
  • Platforms: Work hands-on with Azure OpenAI (Microsoft Foundry), OpenAI, Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini through their playgrounds and prototyping tools.
  • AI prototyping: Build clickable prototypes with tools such as Figma Make, v0 or Lovable.Technical Understanding
  • REST APIs and webhooks: Enough to read API documentation and test calls in Postman.
  • Integration patterns: How products connect with client systems, and how that shapes scope.
  • System design basics: Front end, back end, databases and environments.
  • Web and mobile app architecture: How web and mobile apps are structured and released.
  • Security basics: SSO, encryption and role-based access.
  • CI/CD: How code moves from build to test to release.
  • Cloud: Azure and AWS basics, including hosting, environments and managed AI services.Product Craft and Tools
  • Practices: PRDs, user stories with acceptance criteria, roadmaps, OKRs and KPIs, RICE prioritisation, discovery interviews, journey mapping, Scrum and Kanban.
  • Tools: Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Postman, Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4 and Power BI.
