About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Integration Engineer for one of our MNC client with strong expertise in Node.js and TypeScript to develop and maintain connectors for leading Security and Observability platforms.

The role involves integrating enterprise platforms to enable AI monitoring, governance, and visibility across customer technology environments.

Target Platforms: CrowdStrike, Zscaler, Palo Alto Networks, Splunk, New Relic, Dynatrace, and similar tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain reusable connectors for security and observability platforms.
  • Integrate third-party REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, pagination, and incremental synchronization.
  • Analyze vendor APIs and documentation to identify AI assets, detections, monitors, alerts, and metrics.
  • Implement OAuth2, API keys, tokens, and service account authentication.
  • Normalize vendor-specific schemas into common canonical data models.
  • Work with asset relationships, CI classes, topology, and dependency graphs.
  • Monitor integrations, troubleshoot failures, and manage vendor API changes.
  • Support vendor/partner integration certifications.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of software engineering and third-party system integration experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, pagination, rate limits, and incremental sync.
  • Practical experience building integrations with Security or Observability platforms such as CrowdStrike, Zscaler, Palo Alto Networks, Splunk, New Relic, or Dynatrace.
  • Strong understanding of OAuth2, API keys, tokens, service accounts, and access permissions.
  • Experience in data mapping, schema normalization, and canonical data models.
  • Strong technical research and vendor API documentation analysis skills.
  • Understanding of CI classes, asset relationships, topology, and dependency graphs.

Preferred Skills

  • ServiceNow platform familiarity.
  • Experience with integration frameworks and ingestion pipelines.
  • Vendor/partner integration certifications.
