About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in microservices architecture, cloud technologies, modern front-end frameworks, DevOps practices, and Generative AI solutions. You will play a key role in building scalable, secure, and intelligent applications leveraging event-driven architectures, Azure cloud services, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
  • Build responsive and user-friendly web applications using ReactJS and modern front-end development practices.
  • Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services for high-performance, scalable applications.
  • Design and implement database solutions using SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
  • Build and deploy cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure using platform services and cloud best practices.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, deployment, and release management.
  • Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments on Kubernetes (AKS).
  • Develop event-driven solutions using Kafka and messaging-based architectures.
  • Design and implement scalable distributed systems with a focus on resilience, reliability, and performance.
  • Build AI-enabled applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI services, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
  • Integrate enterprise knowledge repositories and business data sources into AI-powered applications.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to deliver business-critical solutions.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical discussions, architecture reviews, and code review activities.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security, performance, scalability, and governance standards.

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development.
  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Extensive experience developing modern web applications using ReactJS and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of API-driven architectures and service-oriented design principles.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL databases, data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Good experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven application architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native application development.
  • Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker containerization and Kubernetes (AKS) orchestration platforms.
  • Familiarity with API gateways, service discovery, observability, monitoring, and logging solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, authentication, authorization, and identity management mechanisms.
  • Practical experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Llama, or equivalent AI platforms.
  • Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using embeddings, vector databases, and enterprise content repositories.
  • Understanding of prompt engineering, AI application architecture, and model integration patterns.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
