Role Description The AI Implementor Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in Siliguri, focused on integrating AI tools and strategies into Clubside’s travel operations and customer experience workflows. In this role, the individual will assess existing business processes, identify opportunities for AI-driven optimization, and design implementation roadmaps for tools such as chatbots, recommendation engines, and workflow automation. The role involves collaborating with leadership, operations, sales, and marketing teams to collect requirements, translate them into AI use cases, and oversee pilot projects and phased rollouts. The AI Implementor Strategist will monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and refine AI systems to improve efficiency, personalization, and decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include documenting processes, creating training materials, enabling staff adoption of AI solutions, and staying current with relevant AI technologies in travel and tourism.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in AI strategy, process mapping, and implementation planning, with the ability to translate business needs into practical AI use cases.
  • Experience working with AI tools and platforms (e.g., conversational AI, recommendation engines, workflow automation tools, basic data analytics dashboards).
  • Competence in data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement to evaluate AI impact on operations and customer experience.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder communication, requirements gathering, and cross-functional collaboration with operations, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Ability to create clear documentation, training materials, and user guides to support adoption of AI solutions by non-technical staff.
  • Background in technology, business, data, or related fields; a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, data science, or a similar discipline is beneficial.
  • Understanding of or interest in the travel and tourism industry, especially destination management and tour operations, is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a practical approach to change management and digital transformation
