Head of Data Infrastructure & Security

Location: Bengaluru | Work Mode: Onsite

We are looking for a seasoned technology leader to architect and scale the data infrastructure powering next-generation AI and Physical AI systems.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who combines deep expertise in data architecture, cloud infrastructure, large-scale media data processing, and security.

What You’ll Do

• Define and own the architecture for scalable, secure, and high-performance data infrastructure.
• Design large-scale data pipelines for multimodal data, including audio, video, images, and other complex datasets.
• Build robust data ingestion, processing, storage, and retrieval systems to support AI model training and deployment.
• Drive cloud infrastructure, distributed computing, GPU infrastructure, and performance optimisation.
• Establish data security, access controls, encryption, and governance practices.
• Partner with AI/ML, robotics, and engineering teams to build reliable, production-grade infrastructure.
• Lead technical strategy, architecture decisions, and infrastructure scalability as the organisation grows.What We’re Looking For
• Extensive experience in data infrastructure, data platforms, cloud architecture, or large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong hands-on understanding of AWS/cloud infrastructure and large-scale data pipelines.
• Experience handling large-scale multimedia, video, image, or multimodal datasets.
• Understanding of GPU infrastructure, AI/ML workloads, and model-training data requirements.
• Strong knowledge of data security, identity and access management, encryption, and secure architecture.
• Experience designing highly scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient infrastructure.
• Proven ability to drive architecture decisions and collaborate with senior technical stakeholders.Preferred Background

Experience in AI/ML, computer vision, robotics/Physical AI, media/OTT, video infrastructure, or other data-intensive product environments will be valuable.
