Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and outcome-oriented Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to manage IT and digital transformation projects, along with Business-as-Usual (BAU) support, across IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and Tax functions.

The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management and project management skills, along with functional knowledge of SAP ERP and business processes, particularly Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R).

Key Responsibilities1. Project Management & Digital Transformation

  • Lead and manage multiple IT projects and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, resource allocation, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with business teams, IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Gather business requirements, perform requirement analysis, and translate business needs into actionable IT solutions.
  • Drive project governance, progress reporting, issue tracking, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation, deployment, and business adoption.
  • Manage SAP enhancements, change requests, and implementation activities.
  • Business-as-Usual (BAU) Support
  • Manage ongoing IT support requirements across Supply Chain, Finance, Tax, and related business functions.
  • Coordinate with technical and functional teams to resolve incidents, issues, and service requests.
  • Track open issues, priorities, dependencies, and resolution timelines to ensure timely closure.
  • Manage enhancements, change requests, and business process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders regarding support activities, escalations, and resolutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Business Relationship & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Supply Chain, Finance, Tax, and other functional teams.
  • Understand business priorities and align IT initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Facilitate discussions, requirement-gathering sessions, and cross-functional meetings.
  • Proactively identify risks, resolve conflicts, and drive decisions to ensure successful project outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6–8 years of relevant experience in Business Relationship Management, IT Project Management, or IT Business Partnering.
  • Strong functional understanding of SAP ERP, particularly the following business process cycles:
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Record-to-Report (R2R)
  • Working knowledge of at least three of the following domains:
  • SAP ERP
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Finance and Accounting
  • Tax
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics
  • Process Automation
  • Experience managing IT projects, SAP enhancements, change requests, and implementation activities.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, UAT, deployment, and change management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and BAU activities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive, business-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience working with cross-functional business and IT teams in an enterprise environment.
  • Exposure to digital transformation initiatives across Finance and Supply Chain functions.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery teams.
  • Comfortable working on-site at the client office in Gurugram.BR
