We’re Hiring: Web Developer

Adwintage is looking for a skilled Web Developer to build and maintain modern websites and web applications. The right person will be comfortable working across the development process—from understanding a brief and planning the solution to building, testing and launching it.

What you’ll do

* Develop new websites, landing pages and web applications.

* Turn design files and project briefs into responsive, user-friendly web experiences.

* Build and maintain front-end and back-end functionality.

* Test websites across desktop, tablet and mobile devices, and fix bugs or performance issues.

* Connect websites with APIs, forms, CRMs, payment gateways and other third-party tools as needed.

* Apply SEO, accessibility, security and performance best practices during development.

* Update and maintain existing websites, troubleshoot issues and recommend improvements.

* Work with designers, marketers and project teams to deliver projects on time.

* Use AI tools where they can support research, coding, testing or workflow efficiency, while reviewing and validating the output.

What we’re looking for

* 4–5 years of professional experience developing websites and web applications.

* Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

* Experience with a modern front-end framework such as React, Vue or Angular.

* Experience with back-end development, databases and server-side technologies.

* Ability to work with CMS platforms such as WordPress, including custom themes, plugins or integrations.

* Understanding of responsive design, website performance, browser compatibility and web security.

* Experience using APIs, version control such as Git, and website testing and debugging tools.

* Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently from a brief.

* Clear communication, attention to detail and reliable project follow-through.

* A practical understanding of AI tools and their use in web development.
