We are looking for a .NET developer to maintain and enhance an existing enterprise web application. You will fix bugs, make small enhancements, and support production to keep the application stable and reliable. You will also help with its gradual modernization to newer .NET versions.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and fix bugs and handle production support tickets.
  • Implement small enhancements and changes in the existing codebase.
  • Write and debug SQL queries and stored procedures, and investigate data issues.
  • Develop and maintain REST APIs and web pages.
  • Build and fix data import/export and report generation.
  • Review logs to find root causes and document fixes.
  • Test changes before release and take part in deployments and code reviews.
  • Help with modernization work, such as moving components to .NET 8.
  • Keep technical documentation up to date.Skills:
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in C# and ASP.NET MVC / Web API.
  • SQL Server: joins, stored procedures, query debugging.
  • Entity Framework and LINQ.
  • JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML, CSS, Razor views.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and token-based authentication.
  • Git and Visual Studio debugging.
  • Good debugging skills and the ability to read and understand legacy code.Good to have:
  • Knowledge of .NET 8 / ASP.NET Core, and of migrating from .NET Framework (a plus for modernization).
  • Basic knowledge of a NoSQL database (e.g., MongoDB).
  • Experience with Excel/CSV handling libraries.
  • IIS deployment basics.
