Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior iOS Engineer with strong expertise in native iOS development using Swift and hands-on experience integrating Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) shared modules into iOS applications. The candidate should also have experience working across mobile and backend systems, particularly with GraphQL and Node.js. The role involves close collaboration with Android/Kotlin and backend engineering teams to build scalable cross-platform solutions while maintaining a high-quality native iOS experience. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable native iOS applications using Swift. Integrate Kotlin Multiplatform shared modules into iOS applications. Collaborate with Kotlin/Android engineers on the design and implementation of shared KMP components. Work with shared Kotlin business logic while maintaining native iOS UI and platform-specific capabilities. Develop clean, modular, maintainable, and testable iOS application architectures. Integrate iOS applications with backend services and APIs. Contribute to backend system architecture using GraphQL and Node.js. Design and consume GraphQL APIs for mobile applications. Troubleshoot performance and integration issues across iOS, KMP, and backend components. Participate in technical architecture, solution design, code reviews, and engineering best practices. Work closely with Android, backend, product, and engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical standards within the team. Required Skills 7+ years of software development experience, with strong native iOS development experience. Strong hands-on experience with Swift and iOS development. Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP/KMM). Hands-on experience integrating Kotlin Multiplatform shared modules into iOS applications. Understanding of Kotlin-to-iOS interoperability and working with shared Kotlin components from Swift. Experience with modern iOS architecture and application design patterns. Strong understanding of concurrency, networking, dependency management, testing, and application lifecycle. Hands-on experience integrating applications with GraphQL APIs. Experience with Node.js and backend application/service development. Understanding of backend system architecture, API design, service integration, scalability, and performance. Experience with Git and modern CI/CD practices. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
