About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, Kafka, and microservices architecture, along with exposure to Generative AI technologies. This role involves building modern distributed applications, developing responsive user interfaces, and implementing event-driven architectures to deliver high-quality business solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Develop robust RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
  • Build responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js.
  • Implement event-driven architectures and messaging solutions using Kafka.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between enterprise systems and third-party applications.
  • Work with MongoDB and other databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and engineering best practices.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Contribute to the adoption of Generative AI capabilities within enterprise applications.
  • Develop reusable components and frameworks to improve development efficiency.
  • Create technical documentation and support deployment and release activities.

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • 5 to 9 years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development.
  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and backend application development.
  • Experience building and deploying microservices-based applications.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and service-oriented architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with Kafka and event-driven architecture.
  • Strong experience developing frontend applications using React.js.
  • Experience working with MongoDB and NoSQL database technologies.
  • Good understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and distributed systems.
  • Experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
  • Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
