About the roleAs a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will design, build, and deliver product capabilities across frontend applications, backend services, databases, and integrations. You will work primarily with Java, React, TypeScript, SQL, and Redis, with opportunities to contribute to Python services and AI-enabled workflows.

You will own features from requirements clarification through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support. You will also work directly with customers around the world to understand their needs, demonstrate solutions, resolve issues, and communicate progress clearly.

What you will do· Own features end to end, translating business requirements into reliable software and following through until the solution works for the customer.

• Develop backend services and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot, and contribute to Python services and integrations.
• Build responsive, usable frontend applications with React and TypeScript.
• Design and optimize relational data models, SQL queries, and database access, and use Redis effectively for caching.
• Build and maintain integrations with customer systems and external services.
• Write automated tests, participate in code and design reviews, and maintain clear technical documentation.
• Deploy and support applications in cloud environments, using containers, CI/CD pipelines, logging, and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot production issues, communicate their impact, and address underlying causes.
• Engage directly with global customers through requirements discussions, demonstrations, implementation support, and issue resolution.
• Provide clear written updates on progress, decisions, dependencies, and risks; raise concerns early and propose practical solutions.
• Collaborate with other engineers and product leadership, share knowledge, and mentor colleagues.

What you bring· Typically 5+ years of software development experience, with demonstrated ownership of production features.

• Strong Java development skills and hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
• Strong React and JavaScript/TypeScript skills.
• Some practical Python development experience.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Hands-on experience with Redis caching and an understanding of cache invalidation and data consistency.
• Practical experience deploying and supporting applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with REST APIs, Git, automated testing, Docker, and CI/CD workflows.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics to business users.
• Experience working directly with customers or external stakeholders and managing expectations professionally.
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through on commitments.
• Ability to collaborate across countries and time zones and participate in customer meetings when needed.

Experience that is a significant plus· Machine learning experience, particularly integrating models into production applications.

• Experience developing agentic AI applications using frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain.
• Microsoft Azure experience.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS products, event-driven systems, or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with logistics, ports, terminals, or enterprise operational systems.
