Role Overview

The Product Owner is responsible for delivering FLX ONE Cargo capabilities by translating product strategy into well-defined requirements and ensuring successful execution with engineering teams. This is a hands-on role focused on backlog management, sprint planning, stakeholder alignment, and feature delivery. Air Cargo domain experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead sprint planning and support Agile delivery processes.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and Architecture teams to drive execution.
  • Clarify requirements, manage dependencies, and remove delivery blockers.
  • Track delivery progress, sprint metrics, and roadmap commitments.
  • Validate delivered features against business and customer requirements.
  • Communicate status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Support customer implementations with product expertise.

Required Experience

  • Proven Product Owner experience in Agile environments, preferably within B2B SaaS or platform products.
  • Mandatory Air Cargo domain experience.
  • Strong backlog management and delivery execution skills.
  • Experience working with cloud-native products, APIs, and engineering teams.
  • Expertise in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments and distributed teams.
