Job Description – Salesforce Developer

Experience: 4–9 Years

Locations: Pune / Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad

Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days per week from the office

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce CRM and Apex development. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing technical solutions, developing and testing Salesforce applications, and ensuring code quality and performance.

Mandatory Skills and Responsibilities

• 4–9 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM and Apex programming.
• Ability to analyze functional requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Design scalable solutions using Salesforce standard design patterns and best practices.
• Identify gaps in business and functional requirements and communicate them effectively to business and functional analysts.
• Assess the technical impact of changes in functional requirements and update designs accordingly.
• Perform independent code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrate strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.Good-to-Have Skills
• Experience with Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools, including VS Code and Salesforce DX (SFDX).
• Knowledge of Salesforce integration and configuration.
• Familiarity with Salesforce development best practices and deployment processes.Preferred Certifications
• Salesforce Platform Developer Certification.
• Relevant Salesforce domain-specific certifications.
