Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer with strong Python development skills and experience building, deploying, and scaling production-ready AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI applications using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, classification, and summarization.
• Build data ingestion, chunking, embedding, and vector database pipelines.
• Integrate foundation models using APIs or self-hosted inference.
• Implement model evaluation, A/B testing, and quality monitoring.
• Optimize AI applications for latency, performance, cost, and scalability.
• Manage CI/CD, Docker deployment, logging, and observability.
• Implement AI guardrails, PII protection, and prompt-injection prevention.Mandatory Technical Skills
• Programming: Python, OOP, DSA, Git, Unit Testing
• Backend: REST APIs, FastAPI / Flask, SQL
• GenAI: LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Structured Outputs, Function/Tool Calling
• RAG: Embeddings, Chunking, Retrieval, Vector Databases
• Agentic AI: AI Agents, Tool Integration, Workflow Orchestration
• ML: ML Fundamentals, Model Evaluation, Precision/Recall
• Deployment: Docker, CI/CD, Monitoring, Observability
• Optimization & Safety: Caching, Latency/Cost Optimization, Guardrails, PII HandlingGood to Have
• LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex
• Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate
• AWS / Azure / GCP
• LLM Evaluation Frameworks and A/B TestingImportant: Must have hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/LLM applications in production, not just POCs or prototypes.
