Junior AI/ML Engineer

About the Role:

NexBase is looking for a Junior AI/ML Engineer to develop AI-powered outreach systems, intelligent agents, and business process automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build AI-powered systems for prospect research, lead qualification, and personalized outreach.
• Develop an AI-driven outreach ecosystem connecting data sources, CRM systems, and email platforms.
• Work with Python, LLM APIs, AI agents, and automation tools such as n8n or Make.
• Integrate applications using APIs and webhooks.
• Assist with email campaigns, automated follow-ups, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with freelancers and maintain secure, well-documented systems.
• Requirements:
• Basic to intermediate Python programming skills.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and APIs.
• Familiarity with AI agents and workflow automation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in building practical AI applications and business automation solutions.

Preferred: Experience with AI projects, LLM APIs, CRM integrations, or email automation.
