Job Title: AI/ML Architect – GenAI & Agentic AI

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly hands-on AI/ML Architect to design, build, and deploy scalable, production-grade AI/ML and GenAI solutions. The role requires strong coding and architecture expertise and is not a people-management position.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Strong hands-on expertise in GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG and LLMs
• Design and build AI-powered search, chat and Agentic AI applications
• Strong programming expertise in Python
• Hands-on exposure to AWS, SageMaker, Bedrock, Glue and Lambda
• LLM evaluation, fine-tuning, Prompt Engineering, Guardrails and LLM Security
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning and MLOps
• Experience in Data Engineering, Feature Engineering and high-performance ingestion pipelines
• Exposure to PySpark/Spark, PyTorch, TensorFlow/Keras
• Experience building APIs and production-grade AI/ML services
• Exposure to Spring AI, Spring Boot, MCP/tools is preferred
• Experience with CI/CD, GitHub Actions, GitLab or Jenkins
• Ability to work closely with engineering, product and business stakeholders

Ideal Profile:

A strong AI/ML Architect who is still hands-on with coding and solution development, with 5+ years of experience specifically across AI/ML, GenAI or related projects.
