We are looking for an experienced OpenText Exstream Cloud Native Developer / Senior Developer to join our team and contribute to large-scale Customer Communication Management (CCM) transformation programs. Roles And Responsibilities

✅ Design and develop OpenText Exstream communication templates and business rules to generate high-quality customer communications across multiple channels.

✅ Build and support PDF, Print, Email, SMS, and Digital communications used by enterprise customers for statements, notices, invoices, and customer correspondence.

✅ Lead the migration of legacy On-Premise Exstream platforms to OpenText Exstream Cloud Native, ensuring scalability, performance, and operational efficiency.

✅ Design and manage Communication Orchestration workflows to automate document generation, delivery, routing, and exception handling processes.

✅ Deploy, configure, and support OpenText Exstream Cloud Native components while working closely with AWS, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams.

✅ Support cloud-based deployments using AWS services such as EKS, S3, RDS, EFS, IAM, CloudWatch, and Kafka/MSK.

✅ Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement sustainable solutions to improve platform stability and performance.

✅ Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable communication solutions.

✅ Drive platform modernization through automation, reusable frameworks, best practices, and continuous process improvements.

✅ Mentor junior developers, conduct design reviews, and contribute to technical excellence across the engineering team.

What We're Looking For

✔ 6+ years of hands-on OpenText Exstream experience

✔ Proven experience migrating Exstream platforms from On-Premise to Cloud Native

✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

✔ Experience working in enterprise-scale communication platforms

✔ Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
