Role Description This is a full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer role based in Bengaluru, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of on-site and work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end layers. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product and design teams, implementing responsive user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, optimizing performance, and ensuring code quality through reviews and testing. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers, contributing to architectural decisions, and participating in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and stand-ups. Immediate joiners are preferred, and the engineer will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions for client projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum exp of 5 years
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with proven experience building end-to-end web applications.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), including modern JavaScript frameworks and responsive UI implementation.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful API design, data modeling, and integration with databases and third-party services.
• Solid understanding of web application architecture, security best practices, performance optimization, and testing methodologies.
• Experience with modern tech stacks (e.g., Node.js, Java, .NET, Python, React, Angular, or similar) and version control systems such as Git.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Bengaluru, collaborating effectively with distributed teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to mentor and guide other team members.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
