Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the development of high-impact enterprise applications, internal automation tools, and real-time data visualization platforms. In this role, you will design and build resilient front-end interfaces and scalable back-end services that interface with complex data pipelines and enterprise systems. You will play a key role in making legacy systems talk to modern cloud infrastructure, directly impacting operations for tier-one brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Development: Architect, build, and deploy reliable, scalable web applications that handle high-concurrency workloads and large enterprise datasets.
  • Systems & ERP Integration: Build secure APIs and middleware to bridge legacy enterprise ERPs with modern cloud applications and real-time BI engines.
  • Front-End Architecture: Create clean, responsive, and data-dense dashboards and workflows using modern frameworks (React, Next.js, or TypeScript).
  • Back-End Engineering: Develop robust server-side logic, microservices, and REST/GraphQL APIs (Node.js, Python, or .NET) optimized for enterprise security and throughput.
  • Data Layer Management: Collaborate with data teams to integrate front-facing applications with enterprise data lakehouses, SQL/NoSQL databases, and caching layers (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
  • DevOps & Cloud: Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerize applications (Docker), and deploy secure workloads primarily within cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
  • Leadership & Quality: Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conduct code reviews, enforce design standards, and maintain automated testing coverage.Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years of full-stack software development experience building enterprise-grade B2B solutions or data-intensive web applications.
  • Front-End Stack: Deep experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/Tailwind, and state management in React or Next.js.
  • Back-End Stack: Strong hands-on experience in Node.js, Python (FastAPI/Django), or C#/.NET building scalable APIs and distributed services.
  • Database & Data Integration: Proven ability to work with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server), write complex queries, and interface with analytical or caching layers.
  • Cloud & DevOps: Solid experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably Microsoft Azure or AWS), Docker, and automated CI/CD workflows.
  • System Design: Strong grasp of system architecture, security standards (RBAC, JWT, OAuth2), and API design patterns.
  • Agile & Scrum Methodologies: Experience working in Agile development environments, participating in Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and develop efficient, scalable solutions for business-critical applications.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and contribute to continuous improvement in development processes.Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within Microsoft Azure ecosystem and enterprise Microsoft partner workflows.
  • Familiarity with legacy ERP integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) or supply chain/QSR/retail workflows.
  • Knowledge of stream processing or real-time architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, WebSockets).
