Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Embracing a cloud-first and agile approach, the workday is dynamic and focused on delivering impactful software that addresses complex business challenges effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development and deployment.
  • Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of backend development including RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
  • Understanding of database management and integration techniques.
  • Ability to work within agile development environments and utilize version control systems.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
  • This position is based at our Pune office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
