Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. The role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. This position emphasizes delivering innovative solutions that enhance client services by applying modern technologies and adopting a cloud-first, agile approach. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges and continuously improve system performance is a key aspect of daily activities.

  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
  • Assist in mentoring junior team members and support their professional growth.
  • Continuously explore and implement best practices to improve development processes and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
  • Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support scalable application deployment.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the stack.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
  • This position is based at our Pune office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
