Job Description: .NET Developer

Experience: 7-12 Yrs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Web APIs, and modern .NET technologies.
Modernize and support legacy applications, including ASP.NET Web Forms and .NET Framework, while driving application and platform transformation initiatives.
Build and manage event-driven, distributed systems using messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, and NATS JetStream.
Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), ensuring reliability and scalability.
Design secure integrations leveraging Azure Key Vault, encryption services, certificates, TLS/mTLS, caching solutions (Redis/Valkey), and enterprise networking protocols.
Troubleshoot and optimize application, database, and production environments, improving performance, scalability, observability, and operational efficiency using tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, Jaeger, and AppDynamics.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, infrastructure automation, and operational tooling using GitHub Actions, PowerShell, and DevOps best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, participate in code reviews and incident management, and leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and solution quality.

Primary Skills

7-10 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework, .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, and Web APIs.
Strong understanding of OOP concepts, SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, Dependency Injection, and design patterns.
Experience building and supporting backend APIs, distributed systems, integration platforms, and scalable enterprise applications.
Hands-on experience with asynchronous programming, multithreading, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Proficient in Git-based source control, automated testing, code reviews, technical documentation, and mentoring engineers.
Exposure to AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude) and experience with AI agents, automation workflows, and production monitoring using logs, metrics, and dashboards.

Secondary Skills

Proficient with front-end development using Angular, ReactJS framework; languages including, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
Familiarity with microservices architecture &Cloud and Infrastructure
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge in Payments Domain

Note- Present coding challenges in real-time to assess their problem-solving approach, debugging skills.
